We ship worldwide with FedEx and UPS.

US and Singapore residents can enjoy faster, domestic shipments, depending on the location of the item at time of purchase or memo request.

Shipping & Insurance

We offer free shipping, tracking, and insurance on 99% of orders. (The cases where we may not be able to offer free shipping are for exceptionally large overweight items or parcels, or an address which qualifies as a "remote delivery area.")

For US domestic we use Fedex 2nd Day, for international we use Fedex International Priority (2-4 business days), and for Singapore residents we may use a variety of local couriers or SingPost registered services.

If you have special shipping needs please reach out to us after placing an order or requesting a memo.

Deliveries are sent to street addresses only, we cannot accept PO boxes as your shipping destination.

Duties & Sales Tax

Many countries levy duties (or a sales tax) on gemstones and jewelry crossing in, provided the item's price exceeds a price threshold. Collection of duties usually takes place through FedEx or UPS who have in-house brokers that interface with the customs authority. If any payments are required, FedEx or UPS will call or email you with a customs invoice prior to delivery.

If you are in a country where we operate, you won't have to pay duties because either the shipment will be domestic or because we'll perform an intercompany transfer and pay the duties ourselves.

Returns

We offer no-questions-asked two week returns. Just email us within 2 weeks of your purchase and we'll send out an envelope or package that covers the shipping and insurance. Once a gemologist verifies it is the same stone in same condition we'll issue the full refund.
